Power Hour
Student Athlete Power Hour is a program designed for all sports and for athletes 13-18 years old. The program focuses on improving strength, explosiveness, power, speed, and agility.

Athletes that have gone through this program have seen phenomenal improvements. Increasing their maxes by as much as 30-40lbs on certain lifts. We also have seen vertical jump improvement by as much as 4 inches.

This program typically runs during the summer for 8-10 weeks. If interested please message us to add your name to the contact list.
Team Training
Strength training as a team not only builds physical strength but also builds camaraderie among teammates. By working together towards common fitness goals, team members can encourage and motivate each other, creating a supportive environment.
This shared experience helps to strengthen bonds, improve communication, and enhance teamwork both in and out of the gym.
