Training
This class is for clients who want more attention from a trainer and want to focus more on strength training. Small groups are between 2-5 people. Compound lifts are the focus of the sessions. You'll be tracking your weight for progress and each session ends with a HIIT metcon to really get the heart racing.
Personal Training
This option is for all fitness levels and for clients with very specific goals, or would prefer to work with a trainer one on one. You will be matched with a trainer that will design and tailor a custom program to meet your specific goals.
