Class Types
Listed below are the current and future classes that are and will be offered at Front Porch Fitness. Our Bootcamps may be the most popular class we have, but we welcome you to try some of the other options as well. Have more questions about a certain class? Bootcamps
(Standard and Low Impact)
All fitness levels are welcomed. This is a combination of strength and HIIT training. You'll be guided through the workout by a personal trainer. Lots of variety, everyday is a new workout.

Low Impact Bootcamp
Similar to standard bootcamps with focus on low impact movements and mobility. (M,W,F at 11am)

Dance Cardio
Dance cardio is for everyone! This 60min follow-along class blends several genres of dance including jazz, hip hop, Latin, and belly-dancing. There is no pressure to perform at a certain level; instead, this class is meant to be a fun way to release the stress of the day, get your heart rate up, and tone large muscle groups.

Mondays 645pm
Lift Heavy, Move Fast
This class is designed for more experienced members. This will have a combination of barbell strength training and Olympic lifting. Strength will be the focus of the first half of the session then will end with exercises similar to a Crossfit WOD.

Saturdays 10-1130am
Cardio Boxing
Cardio Boxing is a mixture of high intensity cardio combined with boxing elements. Prepare to sweat and take out some frustrations from the week with this class. No boxing experience necessary, but you must bring your own gloves.
Sundays 9am
Yoga
Yoga is an exercise practice which brings together breath and body. It promotes strength, circulation, coordination, postural alignment, better mobility and balance. Learning how to focus your attention on your breath and body moving together will enhance your experience of whatever it is you’re doing: walking, jogging, standing in line at the store, weight lifting, playing with your kids, sports. This class is appropriate for people at any level of experience.
